Acceptance of terms
By using this website or requesting an estimate through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please contact us directly at (864) 660-0611 rather than submitting a request through the site.
Estimates & pricing
Estimates provided over the phone or online are preliminary and based on the information you provide. The binding, per-project price is the written quote presented after an on-site consultation, before any work begins — that number does not change once you approve it, barring a scope change you separately authorize.
Scheduling & access
Project timelines are estimates and can shift due to weather, ground conditions, or material availability — all normal in landscaping. We'll keep you informed if a start date moves. You're responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and for marking any private utilities, irrigation, or invisible-fence lines we can't locate.
Guarantees
Plants we supply and install carry the two-season guarantee stated at the time of service; hardscape workmanship carries the warranty stated on your invoice. Guarantees cover our materials and labor as described and do not cover plants you supply, damage from other trades or third parties, neglect, or acts of nature such as drought during a watering restriction.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for that service. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance for the work itself, consistent with our license.
