What we do
Every service your yard will ever ask for
One company, one crew culture, one standard — from the first sketch to the weekly mow.
-
Landscape Design & Installation Landscape design and installation in Greenville, SC starts with a walk of sun, drainage, and the property line, then a design plan you can review before bed preparation begins. We plant for Upstate SC conditions and carry the work through to the finishing condition — not a sketch left for you to figure out. Explore this service -
Patio, Walkway & Driveway Installation Patio, walkway, and driveway installation in Greenville, SC is paver work with grading and drainage thought through first, so water does not sit against the house. We set layout, base, and edges so the hardscape matches the planting plan instead of fighting it. Explore this service -
Outdoor Living Spaces Outdoor living spaces in Greenville, SC turn an unfinished backyard into a usable patio and gathering area, tied into planting and landscape lighting so it reads as one landscape. We plan the path from the door to the seating before a paver goes down. Explore this service -
Landscape Lighting Landscape lighting in Greenville, SC is path, bed, and tree lighting laid out with the planting plan, not fixtures dropped in after dark. You get evening curb appeal and still see the steps. Explore this service -
Planting & Garden Installation Planting and garden installation in Greenville, SC uses Upstate plant palettes, with bed preparation, landscape edging, and mulch installation so the beds look finished on day one. We place for mature size, not the nursery pot, and the Seneca Garden Center is there when you want to see the plants before they go in. Explore this service -
Sod & Artificial Turf Installation Sod and artificial turf installation in Greenville, SC is for lawns that are thin and weedy and cannot wait on seed. Sod is a living lawn that still needs water and seasonal care; turf is the low-maintenance path when you want green without mowing — we will say which fits the yard. Explore this service -
Landscape Maintenance & Fine Gardening Landscape maintenance and fine gardening in Greenville, SC is monthly care of beds, edges, and plantings so the design does not slide back into weeds. Fine gardening is the slower work — pruning, deadheading, and plant health — not a fast mow-and-blow. Explore this service -
Lawn Care, Fertilization & Pest Control Lawn care, fertilization, and pest control in Greenville, SC follows a seasonal program: fertilization, weed control, aeration and overseeding, plus outdoor pest control when the turf and beds need it. We treat for a thick, green lawn without guessing at the bag. Explore this service -
Irrigation Installation & Maintenance Irrigation installation and maintenance in Greenville, SC covers spray systems and drip irrigation so new plantings and sod are watered on a schedule, not a hose guess. We also service existing systems when heads drift, a zone floods, or a dry patch shows up. Explore this service -
Plant Health Care Plant health care in Greenville, SC is horticultural follow-up — diagnosing stress, pests, and soil issues on trees, shrubs, and garden plants after they are in the ground. It is how a planting stays the planting you paid for. Explore this service -
Tree Pruning & Trimming Tree pruning and trimming in Greenville, SC is clearance, structure, and health cuts — not topping. We walk the canopy, explain what comes off, and leave the property raked out when the work is done. Explore this service -
Lawn Care Lawn care in Greenville, SC is mowing, edging, and the seasonal work that keeps turf thick instead of weedy. If the stand is too far gone, we will say so and talk sod or a real overseed rather than mowing a problem into next year. Explore this service

The designer stays on the job
The person who draws your plan is on-site when it goes into the ground. Nothing gets lost between a sales sketch and a crew’s best guess at what it meant.
-
Plants guaranteed for two seasons
Anything we plant that doesn’t make it through two full growing seasons gets replaced free, including the labor. We plant like we’re the ones paying for round two.
-
A real quote, not an hourly meter
You approve one written number for the whole project before a shovel moves. If rock or roots slow the work down, that risk sits with us, not you.
-
Same crew, every visit
Maintenance clients keep their crew lead all season. They learn the yard — which bed floods, which hedge the dog tunnels under — and it shows in the work.
How it works
From “what if we…” to done, in four steps
-
Walk the yard with us
A designer meets you on-site, listens to how you want to use the space, and takes measurements and photos — usually within a couple of business days.
-
Get a plan and one price
You receive a plan with specific selections and a single written price for the whole project — materials, labor, and haul-away included.
-
We build it
Your crew arrives on the scheduled day with everything staged. Most residential projects finish inside a week, and we walk the result with you before we call it done.
-
It’s guaranteed to take
Every plant carries a two-season guarantee and every hardscape — both in writing.
Recent work
Built this season, a few miles from you
Real projects, photographed the day we packed up — not stock, not staged twice.

This was a small project. With recent storms, we had some erosion going on by our tree line. Precision Enchancement Crew came out quickly to correct the problem by layering rocks…layering smaller stones above larger (4-6”) stones. Ask for Felix and Raymundo…knowledgeable and professional.

Team that came out of Perrie, Cameron, Lee and Augustine did a great job. We needed to reroute drainage, build a small wall and take out a few small trees. They were efficient and friendly. Would use again.

Had Precision Landscape put down pine straw on a large very sloped lot. They worked very hard and it looks great. Thank you Felix, Mario, and Raymundo!!
Fall and winter installs skip the spring rush entirely.
Book now, plant at the best time of year, enjoy it by May.

Questions
Asked before hiring us, answered honestly
Anything we missed? Call (864) 660-0611 — a person answers during business hours.
Ask us directlyWhat does the average lawn service cost?
Monthly landscape maintenance in most markets is often cited in the $200 to $500-plus range, depending on lot size, bed count, and whether fertilization and weed control sit in the contract. That is market context, not a sticker on your Greenville property — a one-off cleanup, a mow visit, and a full monthly program are three different scopes. We work from a written estimate breakdown of what is included, so you can see labor versus materials before anyone starts.
Who is better, TruGreen or Weedman?
Neither national spray route replaces a local crew that also does planting design, bed preparation, and plant health care on the same yard. TruGreen and Weedman are built around scheduled lawn treatments; Precision Landscape in Greenville, SC treats the lawn as one piece of the landscape — seasonal fertilization, weed control, aeration and overseeding, plus the beds those programs never touch. If you only need a treatment calendar, a national program can be enough; if the backyard still feels unfinished, you want design through long-term care.
What is the 1/3 rule in lawn care?
The 1/3 rule means you never take off more than one-third of the grass blade in a single mowing — cutting deeper stresses the plant and opens the canopy to weeds. In Greenville’s warm-season lawns, that usually means mowing often enough in peak growth that you stay on that third, not scalping to catch up. We follow it on maintenance visits because a thick stand is cheaper than a rescue overseed later.
How much for 2 hours of yard work?
Two hours of yard work is usually an hourly conversation, and published solo landscaper rates often run from the mid-$30s to $100-plus an hour, with a small crew quoting higher because more hands arrive. Two hours of bed cleanup is not two hours of hardscape or tree pruning — the task, access, and material disposal change the number. Ask for an estimate breakdown on the actual work, not a floating hourly promise.
What is the average price to prune a tree?
Tree pruning is priced by size, species, access, and how much wood has to come down — a clearance trim is not a structural prune, and those are not the same invoice. There is no honest single average that fits a crepe myrtle and a mature oak on a tight Greenville lot. We walk the tree first, explain the cuts, and give a project number before the saw starts; if the job is a full takedown, that is a different scope than pruning and we will say so.
How much to cut down a 30ft tree?
Taking down a 30-foot tree is removal, not pruning, and cost hinges on proximity to the house, lines, and whether disposal is in the quote. We offer tree pruning and trimming in Greenville, SC — shaping, clearance, and health cuts — not a blanket tree-removal service. If the tree needs to come down entirely, we will tell you on the visit rather than stretch a pruning estimate into a takedown.
